On this episode, I talk with Michael Carter, talent manager, entertainer, entrepreneur, retired soldier, and native of Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Michael completed 22 years of military service and traveled to 45 states and 14 countries around the world. During his time in the military, Michael performed as part of the traveling US Army Soldier Show and, after retiring, appeared in the award-winning short film Some Fun Tonight and started his own talent agency, Carterboyz Entertainment. We talk about music, discipline, grandmas who don’t play, leaving home for the first time, military service as a way to see the world, breaking outside of the box, living abroad, and a whole lot more. Tune in and get lifted!
