FLY BROTHER & Friends VIP Founding Membership

1.) What does “An all-expenses-paid trip to one of 20 locations around the world where we’ll film an upcoming episode of FLY BROTHER with Ernest White II, with an appearance in a segment of the show, which will air on national television in the US and stream worldwide!” mean?

You will travel as part of our crew to one of 20 locations over the next two years where we’ll be filming Seasons Three and Four of FLY BROTHER with Ernest White II. 

So far, we have filmed in Cape Town, Stockholm, Hawaii, Mumbai, Addis Ababa, Bogotá, Natchez, Puerto Rico, São Paulo, San Francisco, Alaska, Tajikistan…trust us: You’ll love the places we’ll go!

While we will try our best to match your preferences to the destination, the logistics of international television production require us to make the final decision about which trip each participant will join. 

Due to production requirements, we are only able to accept one participant per episode.

We will cover the following elements of the journey:

• Round-trip economy-class air travel from your preferred airport to the episode location
• Single-occupancy lodging in four- or five-star accommodations for the duration of the shoot
• All transportation and transfers during the shoot, including gratuity
• Three meals per day (either covered directly by the production or with vouchers), including one non-alcoholic beverage and gratuity
• Unlimited bottled water and limited snacks during filming
• All admission and entry fees to any attractions featured in the episode
• Reimbursement of up to $250 for any visas required for travel
• Any required COVID testing during the duration of the shoot and in advance of return to country of origin

We will not cover the following elements of the journey:

• Travel medical insurance with emergency evacuation (required)
• Pre-departure physical examination (required)
• Pre-departure COVID testing
• Personal medications
• Alcoholic beverages
• Gifts/souvenirs
• Excess baggage
• Wardrobe, hair, and makeup for your appearance in the episode

You are required to purchase and provide proof of your own travel medical insurance, with emergency evacuation provision, covering the entire duration of the shoot, 90 days prior to departure.

You are also required to provide proof of a positive travel physical examination by your medical doctor, 30 days prior to departure.

FLY BROTHER with Ernest White II episode shoots involve the following conditions:

• Unpredictability
• Generally 4-5 days per shoot, excluding travel days; sometimes up to one week
• Filming days of up to 10 hours in outdoor conditions
• Unpredictability
• Early start-times
• Frequent walking
• Unpredictability
• Meeting amazing people
• Visiting incredible places
• Unpredictability

2.) When will my segment be shot and aired?

Episode filming for Seasons Three and Four will occur between August 2022 and June 2024, with full seasons being broadcast from 6-12 months after filming, depending on production requirements. The broadcaster/network may change at any time before the series goes to air.

3.) What does “appearance in a segment of the show” mean?

You’ll be hanging out with Ernest in one of the amazing destinations where we’ll be filming future episodes of the show, making friends, creating business opportunities, witnessing a television show being produced, and having an epic adventure!

Your segment will be a minimum of two minutes of screen time out of a total of 22 minutes, engaging with Ernest and chatting about pertinent topics in one of the featured locations. While we hope to offer you as much as five minutes of screen time, production requirements only allow us to guarantee two minutes in the final televised edit, with longer sections available on our social media platforms. That said, it’s national television and global streaming, y’all! You will be seen.

Note: your segment may take up to 4 hours to film, even if only a few minutes make the final edit. That’s the biz, baby! But we’ll make it fun! 

There is no fee for your appearance in the episode, and you’ll be responsible for your own wardrobe, hair, and makeup. Ideally, you would wear neutral, flattering clothing with no pinstripes or obvious logos.

You won’t be required to accompany us into the field on every filming day, and we really want you to enjoy yourself and the one-of-a-kind experience you’re having!

There will also be times when the crew must rest, as we’ll still be working, after all, but we’ll communicate to you when it’s time for us to get our beauty sleep.

4.) Can I cancel? Is this refundable?

Due to production requirements, payments are not refundable, but are fully transferable and/or giftable without penalty until 90 days before travel. In the case of illness, including COVID, we will do our best to re-accommodate you on another trip, time permitting.

5.) What happens if the production/episode shoot is canceled or postponed?

In the case of production cancellation, you will be re-accommodated on another trip with all change fees and associated travel costs covered by us. In the case of postponement, we will cover all change fees and associated travel costs.

6.) When does FLY BROTHER & FRIENDS launch?

The membership community’s soft-launch is August 1, 2022, and you will receive login credentials in advance of that date.

7.) When do my hour-long connection calls with Ernest begin?

Ernest will be available to schedule connection calls beginning June 17, 2022. All calls must be redeemed within one calendar year of package purchase. Rescheduling must occur a minimum of 24 hours before scheduled call and no-shows result in forfeiture of call.
