The adventure starts on Saint Thomas with sunrise Jouvert Mawnin celebrations to kick off Carnival. Then Ernest pops over to Saint John for a snorkeling adventure on Lovango Island’s coral reefs, where he’s joined by fellow thrill-seeker Isis Dukes, who’s got a huge passion for ocean exploration. Next, Ernest meets up with Dr. Hadiya Sewer for a delicious Caribbean meal and cultural conversation at Heading East Bar & Grill.
Then, it’s time to head back to Saint Thomas for late-night fêtes and feasts with chef entrepreneur Alafia Rawlings at restaurant Cutlass & Cane. The next day, Ernest connects with Jeff Jenkins for the main event, Carnival!
